I am a real estate agent with NW Realty located in Pearland, Texas. I've had an interest in real estate for many years and decided to get my license a few years ago and have been moving forward since. While real estate is different from any work I have ever done it is very rewarding especially when satisfying the different needs of clients. I worked in the oil and gas industry for many years and later in the legal field. I also volunteered with a non-profit organization for several years and later became a part time employee. All were great opportunities and now in the real estate arena, I am allowed to advance in an area that is very much a part of what we all need and able to fully focus on it. The flexibility allows me to delve into different aspects of the business, while also meeting many people whom I would never have come in contact with.

Tanner helps clients in purchasing, selling, leasing and management of commercial and residential properties. With a Bachelors Degree in Marketing I can achieve maximum exposure for your property and return the highest sales price, in the least amount of time. My mom and aunt have a combined 30 years of Real Estate experience and have been very powerful mentors throughout my career. I'm very proud to be able to offer such a high level of expertise to my clients.

As a Houston native, I have always loved everything Houston has to offer, it brings me so much joy helping my clients find their dream home! I am a huge Astros fan and go to many games throughout the season. I enjoy hunting and fishing and spending time with my family and friends. My favorite thing to do is going out places with my beautiful girlfriend of 3 years and taking our Husky named zeus out on walks at the end of the day.

Instilled with the entrepreneurial spirit and strong work ethics in an immigrant Vietnamese family, Tom carried that same business mindset through a successful 22-year professional career in the Oil and Gas industry. His creative spirit manifested in several patents for new technology helping his customers achieve higher returns on their investment. Tom excelled in each of his various roles in Product Development, Sales, Marketing, Quality and Manufacturing. Having established lasting relationships within his network of clients and colleagues throughout his career, his most memorable moments were being able to serve and help those in need.

Already an active real estate investor in commercial retail centers, Tom realized he could bring this experience, passion for outstanding client service, and great listening skills to the real estate industry. Married with a college bound daughter and teenage twin boys, Tom maintains an active lifestyle who enjoys challenging himself running marathons and ultra-races, practicing karate under the guidance of his black belt twins, traveling and learning new cultures through food and architecture.

I have lived in Sugar Land, Texas since the age 8. Since graduating Dulles High School in Sugar Land, TX in 1998 and attending Texas State University formerly known as(Southwest Texas State University), my endeavors have involved the need to meet challenges, expand my knowledge, protect and bring value to others, and perhaps to take some chances.

After earning my Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at the University of Houston – Clear Lake, I worked as a Computer Programmer and then a Technical Manager for a private University in Houston for almost 15 years. In 2013, I obtained my Real Estate license and thought I would continue with my career in IT and work in Real Estate part time. After my first transaction, I realized my passion for Real Estate and quit my IT job and became a full-time Realtor. In my first full year, I was awarded the Rookie of the Year award. My experience in IT has helped me to create my own systems to stay on top of every transaction and be the tech-savvy agent that is so helpful when it comes to marketing your home for sale or finding you the home of your dreams.

As a full-time Realtor since 2013, working with both buyers and sellers in the residential market, my first priority is to make my clients happy.
