Jack Allen III started his real estate career in June 2013, following in his dad's footsteps. Richard Moore was born in Germany while his was Father was a helicopter pilot for the United States Army. He moved to Katy, TX at the age of three and went on to graduate from Katy High School. After graduation, Richard served in the United States Marine Corps where he was attached to the Second Marine Division as a Radio Operator.
