Spring has sprung!

This year it actually felt like we had a "real" winter.  Can't say I cared for it.  I'm glad spring is here!  We all know what that means!  It's time to make housing decisions.  Buying and Selling that is what it is all about this time of year.  The GREAT news is, the market is fantastic for both Buyers and Sellers!  Prices have begun to rise but rates have remained low.  Making this spring the perfect time to make a move.

When selling make sure you hire a REALTOR who knows your market and understands that preparing and photographing your home in a highly professional way will bring you the QUALIFIED buyers you desire.  No skimping on photography.  Today, 8 out of 10 buyers shop ONLINE FIRST.  So if you have average pictures taken by your Realtor, you can expect average results.  However, if you have exceptional photographs taken by an awarding winning photographer, well then expect exceptional results. If you are a buyer this spring.  Be a prepared and qualified buyer.  Have your pre-APPROVAL not pre -qualification letter available for all offers you present.  Look at comparable sales for the last 6 months and understand the market is changing for the better.  Low ball offers will likely meet with no response.  Be ready to make decisions quickly and don't be surprised if you have to make multiple offers before your get your dream home.
