My name is Michael Hammel, Founder & Visionary of Guiding Light Home Inspection Services. I am a Texas Licensed Home Inspector, InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector, TAREI Advanced Inspector, and ASHI Certified Inspector. Additionally, I have been a TDLR licensed electrician for over 30 years, and a TDLR licensed master electrician for over 20 years and a master builder for over 20 years. I am also licensed by the TDA as a commercial applicator, licensed NAWT septic technician, certified level II thermographer, certified pool operator, and a TREC certified instructor. At GLHIS, we have years of experience, dedicated to our trade. We take a great deal of pride in our hands-on approach to home inspections, from examining the shingles on the roof to scrutinizing the foundation. Being licensed in Texas, we have met the high standards to which Texas holds its inspectors. But this was never enough for us at GLHIS.
