I have worked with Mary on nearly a dozen deals on the buyer side. It’s been a joy watching her guide clients through the findings of my home inspections. Sometimes it looks like a lot. She has a way of putting them in a frame or context that helps her clients understand.

I’ve recently worked with Traci Crawford and instantly liked her!! Super attentive and ready to listen to your needs. She was a pleasure to work with. She leads her team with compassion which is hard to find these days. She really takes care of her gals. They come across as a great unit that genuinely work well with each other.

I have worked with many of Gina’s clients buying homes in the greater Houston area. It seems most real estate agents do not attend walk-throughs with their client at the end of a home inspection. Gina was right along side them each time to help communicate the importance of a finding or if it is really just a maintenance item for a honey do list. Just from hearing her talk to her clients, I feel pretty sure that she’s a master negotiator too.
